Rates are estimates and are subject to change at any time due to various reasons such as the overall condition of the property, time spent cleaning at the property, and amount of rooms cleaned at the property. Please note that all quotes will include a $10 fee for overhead expenses which will remain on the rate permanently. Consultations are required for residential cleaning only and will be no charge.
